We Kin Get Thin!

Back from Vegas. Had a nice time! Melissa is now married :-) The ceremony and reception were fabulous and Melissa looked beyond breathless. I mean, GORGEOUS.

I did NOT end up going to the fitness club there. I found myself with almost zero free time, and when I found some, I was honestly too tired or chaffed (ugh) to put in the exercise effort. I ate at some buffets, even had some desserts! But, I weighed myself regularly (they had scales in the room!) and tried to make sure things evened out.

So, I return home the exact same weight as when I left. Can't complain about that.

I head back to PT on Tuesday. And I will be going at it hardcore with food and exercise now, with no distractions. I can still make a lot of improvements this year if I just focus on it.

So anyway, glad to be home!
