May...Have you tried different low carb approaches? Maybe the low carb, low calorie is not what you need. I have a maximum carb count of 45g per day, but I have to have equal or more fat than protein in a day. That means that I'm having 160g of protein and about 180g of FAT per day (around 2000 calories) and I am still losing about 2 lbs a week (even now when I'm only 20lbs from my goal weight).<BR/><BR/>People don't believe me when I say you may not be eating enough, or you may need to adjust they type of food you're eating...have you tried that? Not just reducing carbs and calories, but trying different approaches? You especially may not being eating enough if you are exercising regularaly (well, not since the kidney infection, but before you were!). <BR/>I know you've been "stuck" for awhile. <BR/>Try something new!
