Experiment #1

Since, I feel like I need to find the reason behind my "stall" this week has new rules.

1. No artificial sweeteners. That includes my precious new flavor syrups, diet soda, and crystal light. This could be rough... considering how much I HATE plain water.

2. Get in a little more higher heart rate cardio exercises.

3. I will not weight myself again until next Thurs. This will be the hardest I think!

We'll see if these things help get the scale moving. If so, I'll know that the sweeteners were a problem.
