Smiley Face

Ok, because I've been such a downer, posting about my saaaad plateau. I'd like to turn it all around today and give you my top five list of things that I enjoy about dieting.


5. Having an aim, and a goal.

4.Eating foods that I enjoy, but that also make me feel healthier. (fried fish tacos may taste amazing, but once they are down.. not really so pleasant)

3. The sense of community. There is no lack of blogs, sites, and forums for people who are going through the same thing I am. It's amazing.

2. Convincing myself to be open to change.

1. Feeling like the future will be different. And, better.
