Good Carbs
• 30 min of Wii Fit each day
• Did some major resisting (and finding it easier)
• Have decided to use JUST the Wii Fit scale. Sorry, Mr. Scale.
Bad Carbs
• Made those low-carb brownies. Though, realized that they do, in fact, make me a bit sick, so I tossed the whole batch.
• Ate TWO cups of mixed fruit this weekend. I stayed under 20g still, but, it still seemed like a carb splurge.
