The good, the bad, and the well... I had fun....

Let's start with the good... uhm... Mostly low-carb weekend, played some tunes for a bit, and exercised a little. I did about an hour on the Wii Friday, which weighed me down another 2.9 pounds, officially puting me under 200lbs for the first time in probably 18 years! and I think in total it puts me down about 30 pounds, and around 23 since low-carbing.
The bad... This one's a little easier this week. I had another busy weekend, and I was watching Chai's place, and her puppies for the weekend. So bad planning as far as food goes. I was probably wayyyyy under for calories and food consumption for the weekend, especially Friday. I had three double cheeseburgers from McDonalds. Peeled the buns off, a chomped 'em down. That was my breakfast/lunch. Dinner was two burgers from the bargin bin of Wendy's. Also, sans buns. So low-carb was good, minus a little ketchup on the burgers, but most of that was stuck on the bun anyway. Saturday, also pretty minimal eatings. I didn't eat "breakfast" until about 8:30pm. It sure was tasty though. Lobster Club minus the bread. Bacon wrapped scallops as an app. That's about all I ate on Saturday.. :/ Sunday, I cashed in my personal I-O-Me for an ice cream sundae. I went to a car show and had a brownie sundae, with peanut butter sauce. I'd been craving that for a couple months now. Honestly, it was good, but it wasn't oh my gooooodness!!! good. Definitely satisfied my craving, but it also made me realize... I don't love the stuff as much as I thought I did. I don't feel guilty about eating it. I've been telling myself from the start that I'd have it, when I really wanted it. It worked. :) I think I was drooling more over the 32 Ford 5-window coupe than I was the ice cream! haha

The fun. YAY! I love having fun. This was a good weekend for it too. I went and saw a few local punk bands Thursday, another local punk band Friday, hung out with an old friend, hung out with my sister(the older one, Chai was in another state) a bunch, and I got to jam for a couple hours. I'd almost forgotten how much I love going to shows. I really gotta get my ass in gear and start practicing more. That's my mental health part of this blog. I love music, listening, playing, watching, I love it all. And I want to get good and make my own music.

Well, I think that covers most of my weekend.
OH! so I slacked big time on the push up challenge! I did the test, but haven't started the actual challenge part. So that starts tonight!!!!!!! Let's get up to 100 push ups... woooooo

hehe even those get tough after a while. :) You should try the challenge too. :) You can do the knee ones if you can do regular push ups.
