I have no idea where July went, or even June for that matter... but, the fact is - it's August tomorrow! I made Fatty promise to post his August Goals today, so I will too!
My Goals For August
1. I will lose 10lbs (OR 10 inches) by Sept 1. Hefty goal, I know. But worth a try.
2. Complete the 100 Push Up Challenge, Restart with real push ups in Sept.
3. Exercise no less than 3 times a week.
4. Continue to up my water intake and stick to it!
5. Stick to the Induction style meal plan.
