Push Pops

I started with Day 1 of the Push Up Challenge last night. Yay! I like the idea of this challenge, it only takes a few minutes, 3 days a week. And I know it's going to prove fruitful! I have always wanted to be able to do push ups!

My plan, is to be able to complete the 100 Push up Challenge doing the "girlie" push ups, as I do them now. So, in six weeks, I should ace it! Then, I will restart the challenge with real push ups, and work up to a hundred of those!
