So, I stepped on the Wii Fit this morning. My number went up a TINY amount. Tiny, as in , like, my pants did it.

And I am not happy. It should definitely be going DOWN. Not up, not the same... DOWN!

I shouldn't be too upset, since this seems to be how my body works. Lose 5, gain back 2 or 3, then plateau for weeks. This is exactly why I don't want to weigh myself often. But, at the same time...I need to know if I am gaining... its def. a lose-lose situation!

Aaanyway. Fatty and I are supposed to be working out tonight. And my fridge is fixed, so I can go grocery shopping again. I think I'm gonna go back to the meal plans for the rest of Sept. I think that helped keep my carb count consist, and perfect.

Make sure you start taking measurements. Those can change, even if the scale isn't - so you can feel good about still making progress when the number on the scale doesn't agree.

Thanks! I do take measurements.. typically every 2 weeks or so. Haven't changed much lately!
