A VERY cruel trick!

I've been trying to hard to simply break into the 230's this week.
This morning, with my underwear and glasses on, I weighed in at 239.5!! AHH! I high fived myself!

30 minutes later, I pooped. Put in my contacts, stripped down naked and stepped on the scale again. 240.5.

Someone explain that to me?

(and yes, I checked multiple times each time! didn't drink or eat anything in between, and my scale is very reliable!)

I think someone is just being mean.

Congrats on hitting the 230's!!!!!My only question is why did you weigh the second time?

hah thanks, I am definitely NOT counting it as getting into the 230's. It was just some weird fluke!

I weighed again after my huge poop, because my family and I were just discussing (we're a proudly crude bunch) how much our poops weigh. :-)

brad truly believes that pooping actually makes you gain weight. he said something like, when you have poop in there, the gas keeps you lighter! :) silly, but that's his theory.

Who needs low-carb? Let's just go on the poop-a-lot and lose diet. Then we can write a book about it, and make millions, all from pooping. :)

hhaah Probably! Its a pretty common bulimia practice.

I could never be bulimic! I like my food to stay IN ME. No puking, no pooping...until it's natural time!
