Workin' it

Had a good work out last night. I did the full 40 minutes of the Biggest Loser DVD which was great, then I jogged just a quarter mile. Then, I was poooped! :-)
I had low carb toast with pimento cheese spread and a chayote for dinner.

I wish I had more to say!

Anyone have any ideas of what I can blog about?!

Alternatively, blog about your likes and dislikes about being on low carb. the food you miss the most, perhaps? the best part about low carbing? your least favorite part about low carbing, etc?
