Sore already!

Just that one 40 minute workout on Wednesday so far, and I am already sore! I am in for a RUDE awakening I think :-)
I just did the treadmill tonight. I am going to limit it to treadmilling (cardio, essentially) on non-PT days.

Right now, my abs are sore from the core exercises we did, we did lots of sit ups, two different kinds. I didn't even know I could do A sit-up. Nevermind like, 30! With weights! Nuts.

I have no idea what is in store for tomorrow, but I know it'll be good!

I got the clearance from work to leave 15 minutes early on those days. Didn't sound too thrilled about it. But, I know that my work will NOT suffer for this, and I guess I just need to prove it to them. Right now, this month, this number one priority is my health and losing this weight. I will still work damn hard at everything else still, but this comes first for me now.

Meeting my trainer just reinforced my goals. I want to be THAT GIRL. I want to be the girl that lost a substantial amount of weight, the girl that worked DAMN HARD and met her goals. I want to be the girl that everyone can see how healthy, fit, and strong she is. I want to be that girl that people come to for advice because she's DONE IT.

I cannot wait to be truly proud of myself.
