Alright training session tonight. 853 calories, which is great. But I was tired. And not very enthusiastic. I didn't really notice, until Heather said "Are you tired tonight?"
"NO!" I said. lol but then I realized.. Yes, yes I am! But, I busted it out, did good.
Had a sad goodbye with Heather :-( Gave her a nice baby gift though, I think she liked it!
Not much to say now... its bed time almost! G'night :-)

YAY again for you. When I STAY below 800 calories for a few days, I get really really tired. So I alternate the 800 cal days with other regular 1200 or 1800 call days. Especially in the heat of summer!
Anne, I BURNED 853 calories, not ATE 853 calories! And I hope you don't only eat 853 calories! Thats bad!
I've been getting yelled at by my trainers for going below 1400! :-)
But the whole 'not eating enough' thing is just too hard of a concept for a fatty like myself! :-)
i love that song! girl your workouts kill. do you use like a body bug or do you just figure how much each exercise burns? i've always wondered about those body bugs.

I have a Polar heart rate monitor.. so it checks my pulse with a chest strap, and uses my sex/weight/age, etc. to calculate calories burned :-)
