That's pretty much the only word that can be used to describe my weekend after training Friday. Ouch pretty much covers everything from my hurt pride, to my still sore quads and back. I know I'd pretty let myself go, I've done next to nothing for exercise in far too long, but man... 15 minutes into Chai's training, and I was already humbled and shown just how bad of shape I'm in. My endurance is basically ZERO. Chai does this three times a week?!?! I'm literally still sore, from 1 hour Friday afternoon.
So yeah.... OUCH.
