Death by Chai

I'm pretty sure she's trying to kill me... It's okay though, I asked for it. :)
Day two of Motivation Domination also a success. Had a nice upper body workout, designed by Chai. I even had a little corgi cheerleader rooting me on.
I started the day out with my usual two hard-boiled eggs, and some cheese. For lunch, Chai and I went over and got some healthy noms from the deli next door, instead of the pizza that was supplied by work. I got a bucket of chicken salad, delicious. Later, before heading to Chai's I had a snack of some more wasabi and horseradish cheese. Eating before working out really makes a HUGE difference. I feel more sore in my muscles today than just drained, because I was able to take full advantage of the workout.

I love this feeling motivated, and looking forward to working out. I missed it, and I didn't realize how much until I got back into it. I'm really excited about getting into better shape and doing more and more, showing Chai that she's going to need to step up her training skills, before I out grow 'em. ;)

Also, to go along with Chai's post, thanks so much to all of you for sticking with us through 700+ posts and helping to keep us from ever truly giving up.

I know! My biggest problem, is that you're going to outgrow my dumbbells VERY fast! THEN WHAT WILL I DO!?
