I had my last personal training session last night. :( I'm definitely going to miss it. I told Bob I'll be back at some point, even just a one day session to show him it didn't all go to waste. Which means.. I need to keep up with my workouts. Starting new years, I'm getting back into good eating habits. Nothing insanely strict, so I'll stick with it.
I got some great stuff for Christmas to help me out too. A nice new set of knives for cutting the fat out of my diet, a food scale, so I can watch portion control, and egg cooker(it works great!), a pop corn popper(for a healthier snack), and a bunch of other great stuff. :)
So, I have zero excuses, besides laziness. I guess that's what I'll try and work on going into this new year. Let's all whoop ass this year and make it the healthiest ever.
If I keep up with my plan, I should have some more frequent updates for you all. :)
