I'm still chugging along at the home edition of Biggest Loser... annndddd here's the BUT... I've been really busy lately and my workouts have suffered. I'm still eating well for the most part, minus the beers.. which I guess technically I don't eat.. I drink.. ;)
I've recently joined a band, and putting some time into that, on top of my usual weekly plans. You all know how it is for life to catch up to you all at once. That's not going to stop me this time. I may not get awesome exercise in all the time, but that doesn't mean I'm just going to stop being healthier. After all, this is the year of Three M's. :)
