We Kin Get Thin!

This is the blog's 800th post!  Crazytimes :-) 

Therefore, it's going to be a meaningless mash up of stuff. 

First off, I got a haircut, FINALLY. 

Which I haven't started yet.  And this guy - 

Which I have barely started, and already don't like. 

Duh, the title is Angry Fat Girls. But seriously, these girls are ANGRY. And I simply don't like people like that. I think you should be mad at the fat, mad at yourself for making yourself fat.. mad at how damn hard it is to lose the fat.  But geez. You spend all this energy being angry, when you could just use it trying to help yourself.  Anyway, I have no doubt that is what will transpire through the course of this book, but up to page 34, it's all crap. 

I digress. 

On to tonight's dinner! 

I am not sure if you ever met Fuzzy. He's a rice cooker, and he's the cutest, sweetest little thing. 

When you hit Start, he sings twinkle twinkle little star.  No lie. 

Also cooks rice PERFECTLY. 

Tonight, I used Fuzzy to make some brown basmati rice. With it, I cooked some pre-marinaded Trader Joe's Curry Chicken Tenders.  I was hoping for a lot of sauce in with it, but there was none, so I had to improvise.  Also steamed up some spinach to go with. 

This is what it looked like when I placed it on the table. Mmmm.

It was delicious.  I had a cup of rice, 4oz chicken, and 2 cups of spinach, and it seemed just behemoth. 

So satisfying. 

Well, I don't have anything else to share on this epic 800th post.
