Can you feel it? I can feel it!

Well heeeeellloooo!
(yes, that is my Mrs. Doubtfire impression!)

I am lying here in bed, with my knee all taped up! I had therapy today, and we did all the usual exercises but she thought it might be good to tape my left knee, since after my previous two sessions I was in a LOT of pain there.  We'll see tomorrow, but during the session it did alleviate some of the pain.
She has her fingers crossed that it will help.
I've now had three real sessions, and although I am still concerned about the time of it (it being only 30 minutes) I do think I am going to get something out of it. So, stay tuned ;-)

I am still up in weight, frustrating, indeeeeeeed. But I am again trying to steer myself in a more "feel the progress" rather than just track the progress kind of mindset. It hasn't worked yet, but it won't make me stop trying :-)

Yesterday, I such a fabulous day!  I took my sister, for her birthday, to Mohegan Sun (casino) for a Rob Thomas concert. We are both hugenormous fans. The casino was fun, dinner was delicious (crab legs!!), and the show was phenomenal.  But the show caused me to miss a training session... and I gotta tell you... I do feel 'off' when I miss a session. It's a good feeling, I guess!  It's really become such a huge part of my life!

Does your PT do the ultrasound/electrotherapy too? Or just exercises?

My sessions used to run about an hour - I had an electrotherapy thing for about 15 minutes, ultrasound for 5, and then exercises. They did the electrotherapy and ultrasound on every patient though, not just for my back...
