Got myself all psyched up for more Insanity Death... and then was pleasantly surprised that it was the "Cardio Recovery" DVD. It is supposed to be the stretchy relaxy one of the week. Still difficult though. . . a lot of lunging, sloooow squats and static holds. Reminded me of a very hard Pilates DVD I used to have! But, compared to the last 3 workouts? Piece of cake! :-)
Two more DVDs and I'll have the first week completed!

I have been saying for 2 weeks I'm going to get back on the treadmill and I just really can't find the time or I can't find the energy!
Excuses, I know, but either I'm exhausted, or I have so much I need/want to get done before bed that I just can't make myself exercise yet. I will though! I think when it's nicer weather I'll walk with mom and Austin at lunch.
