So, the scale is still not budging, and it's getting rather frustrating.
But, here is what I like. . .
Before I started low-carb, if I lost any weight, and then stopped losing, it would immediately trigger a binge (or "cheat"), a giving up of sorts. But I am not feeling that right now. I am frustrated, and confused a little, but I am not even close to giving up, or giving in.
But seriously.. I need to start dropping some weight.. I am not going to meet any of my goals.
