Back in the saddle

I'm back at work today, starting to feel better. My burn still kills like a mo-fo, but the sickness is pretty much gone. I am going to attempt my push ups tonight. It is seriously hanging over my head, and I need to do it!

Yesterday was not a great day as far as diet. I felt the urge to binge all day, since I was home alone. I combated it the best I could by eating several small low-carb snacks. So, I did not follow my Atkins plan exactly, but I ended up eating about the same foods, and breaking it up into a bazillion meals. I'm not totally disappointed, I'm a little proud of myself for handling it the way I did.

Yep, that's my worst time as well.
Home alone...the worse diet-breaker there is!
Some days I'd rather have to face a visit to a huge buffet over being home alone.

The joy of Atkins is you can eat when you're hungry. :)

Awesome for those snacky days when you can't quit walking into the kitchen and examing the shelves for something to eat. :)
