Somedays it pays to stay in bed.

I'm happy with my renewed interest in the gym and eating habits. I did well Monday, gymmed it up with Chai. Tuesday, I went to my actual gym, which I haven't been to in quite some time. I did a lower body workout and over did it. My calves are still insanely sore and it hurts to walk. Yesterday I was sick, so I laid in bed almost all day. Good on the eating low-carb front, and as soon as I can walk normal again, I'm heading back to the treadmill. It really sucks when you're trying to be good, and over do it. You end up taking a step backwards, it makes it really hard to exercise when you're in a lot of pain. I'm also still really tired, and exhausted from yesterday.

OUCH! Don't overdo it, silly (this coming from the QUEEN of overdoing it)!

I told you I'd start doing resistance again just like you, but I admit, I haven't...
I have been doing some physical therapy for my knees and I really work my thighs and butt pretty hard-to the point of them being crazy sore. Can that count for now??
