Just finished 30 minutes of pilates. I hate how uneven it is for me. I do 30 minutes of a "basic/beginners" routine. 1/2 of it is so impossible for me, and the other half is too easy. I put a bunch of fitness DVDs in my Netflix queue. So maybe I can find something that is a happy medium.
Just logged my foods and exercise into my new Wii Fit Journal that my bestest Melissa got me.
Timy to go figure out dinner!
