I overslept this morning when I was supposed to get up to work out. I had my clothes and sneaks all ready, prepped to go!

Then I woke up, and it was 7am and not 6am like I needed it to be.

I was pretty mad when I realized, but I am now OK with it, because I was REALLY tired last night and this morning, and I very rarely ever oversleep, so my body obviously needed it something fierce.

That said, I am going to work my ass off tonight.

I'm just having one of those everything-is-going-wrong kind of days. On top of it being rainy and gross outside.. it's just kinda, blah.

My weight is back at 240. I weighed in at 237.5 the other day (as you all well remember!), the next morning I was at 241.5. Amazing. Today, I am 240, and I'm not worried about it. It's lady time, and I'm starting a new exercise regimen, my body is bound to be all out of whack. So, no biggie. But, the race to 229 is ON. That is the number I am dying to see next!

Since this post has been kind of a downer... let's focus on some positives!

• Last night, Joel said that he's noticing some changes in me! In my face! So nice.

• My knee feels much better than yesterday.

• I'm having dinner with my Daddy next week!

• I just gave diet advice to my co-worker, and she was so impressed with me.

My headache is majorly bothering me.

Two postive things - in less than 7 months I will be Mrs. Bradley Guy Whittaker, and I can sleep late tomorrow.
