Indian Giver

So.

I'm taking it back.

I am NOT waiting until October 1 to weigh myself. This way is simply not working for me. I will be weighing myself once or twice week again, starting tomorrow.

I thought that waiting would help me stay focused, but it's doing the opposite. It's making me... complacent.

I'm sorry for going back on my plan. But, I can tell it's not working the way I need it to.
