I'm getting really frustrated with not being able to lose.

I like that giving up is not an option for me anymore, though.
I'll just keep plugging on. But, nothing can stop me from feeling disappointed :-/

Plateaus suck. Take measurements - your body can still be changing, and the scale is only one small marker of those changes.

Also - now is the time to be really diligent with food. Make sure you are being precise with your measurements and portion sizes.

Thanks.... I do take measurements, those haven't changed either :-(

What I hate is that, my body only knows how to plateau, and how to gain.
If I lose 1/2lb, I stay at that 1/2 lb for weeks, or even months!
I never lose over a period of time, and then plateau. If that were the case, it probably wouldn't bother me so much.

I know that I am just impatient. And that is my own fault.
But, still, blah :-(
