No go

So, the upping my carbs experiment was pretty useless.
I did not lose an ounce.
I didn't really gain either, though. So, that is a plus.
But... how can I lose?

If I am not eating too little carbs, not eating too many carbs...
not eating too few calories, or too many calories...

What is it?

You need to give your adjustments a bit of time, like a week or 2 to see what the results are. Weight loss isn't linear, and bodies don't follow the calories in/calories out/ the way we would like them to.

Do you count calories? I know most people on low carb don't, but it might be something to try.

Yup! Thats why I mentioned in my post that I tried upping calories, and dropping them. Nothing seems to work! But I know... patience is a virtue. :-/
