music and fat?

The guy I took a few bass lessons from gave me some good advice, and I think it translates well into the diet world. Ten minutes a day is better than 3 hours one day a week. That's my plan, doesn't matter how busy I am(or think I am) I'm sure I can find 20 minutes to split between some simple exercises, and practicing my music.

Considering if I tried to do burpees for 10 minutes, I'd be dead for a week, 10 minutes can actually be a lot of work-out. :)

Boxing and burpees/push ups tomorrow with Chai, I hope you'll all play along at home. :)

yes. this is what i need to do. i need to get in the mindset of this!!! i surely can find 10 or 20 minutes to exercise in a day!
