So, it's the notoriously busy week-before-christmas. I've been eating perfectly, but my exercise has suffered a bit this week. I am all for slowing down a bit and enjoying the holidays, but I can't take my eyes off the finish line!
I weigh in again next Monday, and I would SO so so SOOOOOoOOO badly like to see a loss.
I know that hiding the scale doesn't break a plateau. But, I'm just hopeful.
Despite my schedule being booked up, I am going to try my very best to get in at least THREE good, high-intensity work outs before Monday.
I WANT TO LOSE!!
