First of all, I am down another 1/2 pound this morning. I seriously need to stop weighing myself every day. 1/2lb is amazing, but imagine how stoked I'd be, if I hadn't weighed all this week, and when I did, I was 5lbs down! Ahh! I ruined the awesome surprise for myself!
Today, my lower back hurts SOOO badly. I don't know if it's pre-LadyTime™ pains, gas, or something is up with my kidney again. I can't tell, all I know is.. it's really bringing me down today!
I am having chinese food for dinner tonight, with my Daddy!. That is scary, but I don't think I'll have a problem. I had Indian yesterday, and was remarkably restrained.
I just now logged in my breakfast, and prospective lunch, snack, and coffees. And I have an allowance of 600-1000 calories just for dinner, just in case! My hope is to come out around 300-400 for dinner, and have an apple when I get home.
My new diet plan definitely requires even more planning and attention, but let me tell you.. I am LOVING that I can have fruit everyday. :-) I had an apple last night, and it was heeeeaaaaven!

I just had a good two-pounder of a poop. My back feels remarkably better. So, I guess that was it! Thank you for your assistance, Hot Coffee!

Two pound poops usually do it for my back too ;) since my back injury I can tell that I will have to use the little boys room 30 minutes before the feeling of rupture even comes close ;)
