New Goals

I've been reassessing my goals. Which, I do often.. since I never meet them!

So, new long term goals -

• Onederland in '09! - Reach the weight of 199lbs by December 31st of 2009.

• Goal in 2010! - Reach a weight of 155lbs by December 31st of 2010.

To reach these goals, I will need to lose approx. 3-4 lbs every month from now until the deadline.

I realize this is still a rather lofty goal. Especially considering how hard it will be to lose once I am under 200lbs. But, it's my goal, and goddamnit, I am going to try my best to reach it!
