In the two days I've been on my "new diet", I've lost 3lbs already!
I don't really get excited about a loss until it's stayed off for a week or so, so I'm not jumping up and down... (yet!) But I am very hopeful that this might work for a little while!

Had a very pathetic workout last night. To be expected after being so sick. But still... disappointing. I did a 20 minute cardio DVD which was fine, but then I decided to do another 10 minute session. Which, within the first 3 minutes had made me dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous. I had to sit down. I tried it again, but I was too tired. I had to shut it off after another 3 minutes. I need to respect my body when it puts up that much of a resistance. But still.. so frustrating.

Going grocery shopping tonight! I need to make a good list. Because with new diet rules, it allows more types of food in... and that can be dangerous if I let it. (which, I won't!) :)


Current weight : 235.5lbs
Weight lost : 32lbs
Still to lose : 80.5lbs

Oooh, congrats Chai!!! Please tell what you've changed and detail what you are eating so maybe I can glean ideas to break my own plateau.

3 pounds so quickly after such a long stall. I am excited for you!

Hey, that's awesome :) Here's to hopefully breaking that plateau! :) Does your new diet allow sushi rolls? ;)

And, I think a 20 minute cardio DVD is an awesome workout on its own, don't be so disappointed! You did something. That's GREAT :)
