Love it when a plan comes together...

I am down TWO pounds from yesterday!
Wowza.

I am now one pound away from the 220's! new bracket! love it!

Had a good workout last night, it felt a little lackluster, since my body was SO tired. But after 40 minutes, I'd burned over 700 calories!! awesomeness.

Then, I prepared a tasty dinner. Seriously, best salmon I have ever had, nevermind made myself! It was really phenomenal. I did take a picture, but my camera is being a poophead. So, it may not ever see the light of day.

Two pounds! can you believe that? During LadyTime™ even! wtf!

Well, happy Friday the 13th!

My plan is to really try to keep good track of my eating over the weekend, since I know that's the hardest thing for me. I'll do my best!

WOW Chai. Congratulations, what you are doing is REALLY working! I've been following suit with your calorie tracking, but am still keeping the carbs low. Two people have suggested that it might go better for me if I keep the calories low while raising the carb amount to 50 or 60. Do you think your carbs have been that much higher on average? I want to follow in your footsteps! :)

I keep my calories between 1,200 and 1,500. Burn a min of 200 extra calories a day (ie : exercise)

and I keep my carbs between 65-100g per day. I seem to average around 70 for a day though.
