I done did good

Good work out last night.
I decided to put a towel over the treadmill display, and just run for as long as I could before I started to die. I did .66 miles! That is 2/3rds of a mile! :-)
My best distance yet! :-)

Then I did 45 minutes of boxing, and 5-10 minutes of jump rope.

In the end, over an hour of exercise, 768 calories burned.

Wow, you are doing so well! Congrats! I would love to be able to run like that ... guess everyone will just have to see me bookin' on my elliptical. You should plan for a mini-marathon in the future, that would be a fun goal.

Great workout, must have been getting your heart rate up and keeping it there. Jump rope AFTER boxing must have been tough.
