Wait, where'd the weekend go?

Happy Monday, peeps!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Mine was good, I was sick on Friday, which kinda sucked, but I feel much better now, so I am thankful for such a short lived cootie-fest.

I had a busy, exhausting weekend, but I managed to get in quite a bit of good exercise.
I'm tired and sore, but ready to jog again tonight.

I'm going to try to focus as much on the running as I can, to take some pressure off the weight-loss aspect. I had picked a date to be able to run a mile outside, and I fully intend on making this the first goal I actually attain.

I have never met a goal, ever. So finally hitting one will be very satisfying.

My eating hasn't been fabulous, but I haven't let it get out of control either.
For now, I am continuing with the moderate carb-low calorie diet supplemented with as much exercise as possible.

As I say... just gotta keep on keepin' on.

Sweet, that's a good goal to work towards! And one that will be SO satisfying when you reach it! :)
