Training tonight! I am looking forward to it. The scheduling stuff has been a little crazy, but I know it'll work out perfectly in another couple weeks.

I am super bummed to find out that it is a $30 fee per day to use the fitness room at the hotel we're staying at in Vegas. I am not really willing to spend that... but I am also really not OK with not working out while there.
I know I won't have much free time in general, but I'll do what I can. Swimming in the pool, some exercises in my room. I am going to ask Heather for advice on what to do.

Also means I'll have to watch my food intake even more carefully. I gotta do everything I can to not gain weight over those 4 days. I might just swim on tues, spend the $30 once and get a good workout in Wednesday, dance my buns off on Thurs :-) and I should be good!

I *think* I'll be doing my first weekly weigh in for the Biggest Loser tonight. I am fairly certain I didn't lose anything. But, we shall see!

Why am I rambling?!

Oh yah, I'm bored!

Ya know... if we win LOTS of money in the casino ..... maybe they'll comp some gym time ;-).... Seriously though I'm up for some serious swimmin'!

Eeks I don't think I'd want to spend money to use the gym too (unless it's super nice and comes with sauna and jacuzzi I might). I think swimming + room exercise sounds fine, like you said. And I bet your trainer would know a bunch of at-home exercises (squats, lunges, pushups, crunches, leg raise etccc) that you can do over the 4 days.
