Scheduling conflicts caused us to move my training session to 7pm Tues, Thurs, Sat this week. Which is better than the 8:15pm we had planned on. In a couple weeks it'll be nice and regimented on Mon/Wed/Fri which will be nice. But, it is my priority right now, so I'll move whatever I need to in my schedule to make it work.
I think I'll attempt to jog another mile tonight now, since training was moved.
My legs are a *little* less sore today, so that's good!
Time to plan out my meals for this week, and tonight I'll go grocery shopping for it.
That should help my not-so-great eating recently. All I need is a plan :-)
