Trainer Chai made me...

sweat like a crazy person. No crying was involved, but I definitely got my ass kicked.
According to Sparkpeople, my totals for yesterday came to 1,448 calories, 53g carbs, 89g fat, and 103g protein. Minimum of 120 ounces of water were drunk, as noted in my poem from yesterday. :)

So to go along with those numbers, I wore Chai's heart rate monitor during my exercise session, and in about 1 1/2 hours I ended up burning about 950 calories.:) I do need to get more calories in and less sodium. A lot of my snacks and food yesterday was jerky and nuts type stuff. I LOVE sunflower kernels. mmmmm Right now, I'm eating and snacking on what it available, and what I have near me, is a lot of jerky. I loves me some jerky. I think it's turkey burgers for lunch today. mmmmmmmmm.
