Official Weigh In - Challenge 1, Week 2 - Chai

Week 2

Starting weight : 246.0
Today's weight : 247.0

TOTAL LOSS : + 1

Well, here's the think that sucks (other than not losing this week, of course)
I never lost 8lbs last week.
The day before the weigh in I "gained" 8lbs. And then I started my highest weight from there. But I obviously never actually gained anything, so I never actually lost anything. So, in fact, I'm not only right back where I started . . . I never freakin' left.

I feel stupid for not realizing this scale flub in the beginning.
I feel foolish for being so excited and telling everyone that I lost 8lbs, when now it's a lie :-/

Oh well, I say.

BFL obviously isn't going to be a miraculous cure to my plateau, but I am determined to finish up this 12 week challenge, no matter what.

I just don't know what to do from here. How do I possibly step it up?! I've already doubled up on workouts, stepped up my running training, drastically upped my water intake, and seriously perfected my eating habits for 2 solid weeks.

What else?!
