What do you get when you cross a Fatty with a new diet?
a six pound loss. :)
Well depending upon which weigh-in. haha first thing in the morning on Monday, I was down to 219 from 225. I'm not complaining about six pounds, especially for the effort I really put into it. But I will mention, after going to play with Chai and my best friend Chrissy(who gets an honorable mention for buying a bike and kicking ass with it this weekend), Chrissy and I went to get iced coffees. Anyone that knows Chai and I, you give us coffee, and we're heading to the rest room for a little reading time. ;) So I weighed in again after working out(with snacks) and post coffee time, and I was down to 217.5! for a nice 7.5 pound drop. Nice number to throw out there, but I think I'll stick with the six pound loss for my weigh in.
I guess my real point of the extra 1.5lbs is how amazing the human body is, and how much your weight can fluctuate throughout the day.
Cheers to Chai for a successful first week though. we're kicking ass!
