keeping level

I've been doing alright... slowly losing, I'm down one more pound, still with very little exercise. I lifted some weights and did a little core work yesterday. Very little really, but more than nothing. I get inspired during the oddest times. Usually when I can't do anything about it. Yesterday motivation came in while watching a Street Fighter animated movie. Watching the fight scenes reminded me that I want to learn how to fight. Watching an older UFC even the night before also helped, but I watched that one around 11pm, not a time I'm going to break out the weights. So I grabbed my dumb bells, and did a short impromptu workout while watching Ryu kick Fei Long's ass. ;)

*******THIS JUST IN!!!!!!**************
I was walking by Chai's office and she says she's drawing me a picture. Sweeet in it's own right, then she hands me an envelope. I'm thinking her corgi is serving me with a restraining order, so I stop picking her up, and giving her hugs(She hate's the loving!). Not the case! It's a gift certificate for 6 personal training sessions at her gym!!!!!!!:) :) :) Man! I'm excited! Now I have to show her trainers Chai isn't the only one who can kick butt in the gym. Heh, I've got a big mountain to climb for that one. I won't let Chai down though! Time to show her she really is an inspiration to me.

I'm thinking up a plan right now on how to use my sessions, and the time in between. When I come up with an idea, I'll post it in here, for you all.
Man.. See what I mean? Now I'm motivated to go run in circles or jump over buildings and such... but I'm stuck at work... lol
Go figure. ;)
Goals and plan coming soon. :)

THANK YOU CHAI!!!!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!

You are SO SO welcome :-)
I am thrilled that Bob allowed me to transfer those over to you.

Like me, I think you'll learn a lot from training, and certainly helps keep the motivating coming!

No more lazies now... down to business! :-)
