Wowza! Trainer Bob kicked my patootie tonight. We stayed away from the legs completely, and went for a full, brutal, upper body work out. We did a lot of things to failure, which, really fatigues me!
My arms were shaking like Shakira's hips, I tell you! Wobbly. They still feel very weak and jelly-jam-like.
I love it! It's the workouts that leave me weak, that make me feel so strong.
It's backwards in phrasing, but I think you catch my drift ;-)
