30 Day Challenge

Janetha started a new blogger challenge and I thought I should take a cue from her and do the same.
You all know I like to keep this blog topical. If it's not related to my weight loss or fitness goals I don't feel its really appropriate for this venue. However... I find that because I am such a creature of habit and routine... I very rarely have new things to post about.  And also... I really have very few followers ( but I love all the ones I have!!!) So, you'll just have to let me know if you do or do  not like what I am writing about.

And so it begins!  This is a prepared 30 day challenge, so the topics are as follows :

If anyone else wants to do this with me... please do! There are a couple interesting topics on here it might be nice to learn about you! :-)

And soooo... here's is :

DAY 01 : Your current relationship.

Talk about my sweet baby Joel?  EASY!
Joel and I connected over Instant Messenger. He was googling "Booty House Music" and my blog at the time came up in the results, he read some entries and found my IM screen name.  He told me he stumbled across my journal and wanted to tell me that he thought I was interesting. After that, we chatted all day, and the day after, and the day after that.  One day, I was driving home and I called him on the phone. I called him again the night after that, and the night after that.
Soon after, he decided he'd come visit me.  We spent a week on the beach in Maine, and that was it! He went back to school and we whined and pined until he'd come visit again.

Once he graduated, I helped him find a job near me and he moved immediately. We got an apartment, we got a corgi, and we started our best years yet.

Joel and I, as you know, have been together 7 years now.  I love him beyond anything in this world. He is... the sweetest, funniest, smartest, most supportive person.  I enjoy every day with him. We've never fought or had an argument beyond where we want to go out to eat or who loves who more ;-)

I am very confident when I say that Joel and I will be together, and happy, until the day we croak.

I'm going to do this too! I might end up crossposting it to LJ too though, since I have readers on there that don't read my blog.
