Last Monday, my "Weight Wall" looked like this -
But yesterday, a couple bricks were taken out!
-4.8lbs!
Hooray, I do say!
I am very excited about that loss, but I am not getting too hopeful until I can lose for a second week. First week is always a gimme for me... so, I'll reserve my judgment on this diet until then!
Now, let's talk a little more about my weekend! I had a fabulous one!
Saturday, I spent the day cleaning, running errands, and shopping.
Sunday, I threw my bestest friend Melissa a Baby Shower! I had it at the Melting Pot restaurant, which she loves! She has since told me that it was the best shower ever! And I am so SO SO glad that she loved it, the guests loved it, and everything went perfectly. I even managed to stay within my 1k calories by only eating the salad and 3 ounces of lobster (cooked in broth).
Monday, I went out with Becky. We went back to Life Alive, which I had been dreaming about since our first visit! This time, I got The Mystic Mountain.
omg. greens, carrots, beets, corn, apple, cashew, sprouts, garlic hummus.
Jive Alive juice - cucumber, celery, greens, lemon, and ginger.
I really love this place. I wish it wasn't downtown, because I just.... MMM! I am so obviously a dirty hippie on the inside.

Afterwards, we hit up an adorable boutique, where I bought two necklaces and Becky bought the whole store. ;-)
Then, I returned home, cooked up two more chickens,

and then started cleaning my closet. I decided to do a mass cleansing of my clothes. So, this is the first stage - the closet! Then, the bureau, then, the laundry. Whew, too much work being a girl!
