Just a little progress report! In bulleted form, cause I'm lazy.

• This week I have been successful at cutting out coffee, nuts, etc.

• I only deviated from the meal plan once, on that day that I had the munchies. I have forgiven myself.

• I did weigh myself once, the other day, and I was down 2lbs. (not counting the 2.5 I "gained" So that should be 4.5lbs lost, but I ain't counting that way, only losses from original weight) Can't make it official until next week, but that's still a good sign.

• Tonight I am working out with Fatty, and then going to the gym with Joel! Crazy!

• I read the Atkins book finally. Didn't learn much, but its worth having.

• Been good about drinking water! This a huge thing. I freakin' hate water. But I've been drinking all day at work, and drinking only water at home. I've had ONE diet soda all week.

• I joined a Journey to Onederland challenge on LCF Forum. No end date, just people making a run for that 199lb number on the scale! I have 49lbs to get there, but I can do it! I really so so so so so badly want to be 199 (or under!) for Melissa's wedding. I know it's HER big day. But I want nothing more than to look and feel good in that dress. I want to look good in her beautiful photo album, and I want to feel like one of the pretty people out in Vegas! The other weddings have come and gone, and I haven't met any of my goals for them. This one... I will do everything in my power to get there. Anyways, we weigh in on Wednesdays. So that's what I'll be doing from next Wed. on!

• I need to work in my coconut oil too. I just can't seem to figure this out. But I will.

• I'm hoping for another 2lbs by next weigh in.. but with Lady Time™ standing in the way.. I dunno....

Well, I will say this again and again until I turn blue - no matter what, you will look gorgeous, because you ALWAYS look good to me. And I mean that with my entire being. :)
