This past week I even cut up some peaches and put chunks in my muffin. SO good.
Yesterday, at the store, I hunted down the jam with the least carbs.
Shaw's brand sugar free (sweetened with Splenda) was the winner, coming in at just 3g per serving. cha-ching! So, I made up a batch of almond orange muffins and then spread on some cream cheese and apricot jam. amazing.
