So, last night I did a 30 minute work out from The Biggest Loser DVD, then I did 30 minutes with Joel doing crunches, pushups, stretches, etc.
This morning, I've just completed 30 minutes on the treadmill....only to find that my shower is now broken. And I am very. sweaty.
We do have a guest shower downstairs (thank goodness), but it's tiny, and dumb!
I want my nice shower back! Ah!
Aaaanyway, the point was - I really.really.really.really.really.did NOT want to get up this morning.
But I did! And that is awesome.

Yeah You!!! I've just started working out again, and trying to keep my motivation up is hard. I just have to keep reminding myself how good I feel AFTER I've done it. Sore sometimes yes, but those endorphins rock!
I sure wish I got that good feeling too! I'll feel good (proud) of myself for having done it, but afterwards, I just feel.. sweaty, and tired!
I think I need an endorphin injection! :-)

The more you do it, the more you will crave it. I get that high most times when I am done now.
