Now, we all know that I won't be weighing in until October.
Well, I have a number in mind that I'd like to see at that next weigh in. 230lbs.
I am currently at 240lbs. Thats right, that is 10lbs in 3.5 weeks.
And, what does this mean?
HARD WORK, BITCHES!
Who is with me? Let's refresh our motivation and take September by storm!
You'll have to bear with me, because I am also going to track my carbs/exercise here for the entire month.
Tonights agenda - 2 miles on the treadmill. 100 crunches.
EDIT :
I did 1 hour of aerobics instead.
Today's Carb Count -
B: leftover yellow curry. (veeeery little). Approx 3g.
S: 1/4 cup macadamia nuts. 1g.
L: Mini taco burgers w/cheese. Approx 2g.
D: 8-10oz steak tips, 1/2 cup spinach. 4g.
Possible after dinner snack: Minute Muffin. 1g.
DAY TOTAL : 10-11grams
EDIT :
My sirloin tips had gone bad. For dinner, I had 3 one-minute muffins. 1 with jam, 1 plain, 1 with butter. And I had 8oz almond milk.
Final carb count for the day = 14g
