Week 1 Work Out Calendar

9/15 Monday 30 minutes Pilates (COMPLETED!)

9/16 Tuesday 10 min jog, 5 sets of 10 reps each of - calf raises, squats, lunges (COMPLETED!)

9/17 Wednesday 5 sets of 25 jumping jacks, max out on burpees, 5 sets of 15 crunches (COMPLETED! - did NO Burpees, legs too sore)

9/18 Thursday 10 min jog, 5 sets of 10 reps each of - biceps, triceps, butterflies

9/19 Friday Day off, Dad's Bday. (if not home too late - 20 min jog)

9/20 Saturday 30-45 min work out video of my choice, 25 push ups.

9/21 Sunday Gym - 45-60min cardio

Most of it looks pretty good to me, although I think for Wednesday, I'd try and stick to a couple sets of burpees, instead of mixing it up with the jumping jacks. Jumping jacks and then burpees is kind of like working the same muscles, the same way, with the jump involved. A quick jog wouldn't be bad if you've got the time to do it every day. :)

Friday, I want you to do 5-6 sets of one rep each or chicken wing curls ;)

Good call. It's just that I can do a bazillion jumping jacks.. and only like, 4 or 5 burpees. So I feel like I need more. :-/

Maybe I'll do a combo.. like, a burpee, and on the jump I do 5 jumping jacks, and so on.

time is definitely the issue here, which is why I am breaking it down so much! I could do a jog every day, but then I wouldn't have the time to do the weight stuff too!
